The goal of counselling is to help people improve their mental, emotional and physical health while encouraging positive relationships with themselves, others and the larger community. Our focus is to help individuals heal, grow and expand, to become aware of their inner strengths and reach for their goals. We achieve this by providing a safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan to meet your unique needs. The building of a trusting and comfortable relationship between the client(s) and therapist is important as therapy may cover topics of distress, therefore questions or comments on the counselling process are invited at any time.

These services are offered through Perpetual Wonderment Ministries and centre on empowerment of the True Self. As we journey together, we make space to heal from experiences and negative limiting beliefs, to grow mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

It is in a place of connection and congruence we realize the conditioned beliefs we have grown up with are the very things causing us pain and anxiety. When we can let go of conditioned thinking and gain separation from the collective consciousness, we see Truth manifest in our experience. It is in this place that we heal, that we grow, that we expand.
